Merino RMS is a private records management system for Merino Volunteer Fire Department. It securely tracks members, training, incidents, equipment and vehicle maintenance, and generates NERIS-compliant incident reports for the National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS). Access is restricted to authorized fire department personnel via username and password. The app reads merinofd@gmail.com via Gmail API (read-only) solely to auto-import dispatch notifications (Automatic R&R Notification: Fire from dispatch@sterlingcolo.com) into the incident queue.
